As the largest private healthcare group in Vietnam, Hoan My Medical Group owns an extensive network of 14 hospitals and 8 clinics nationwide. Serving over 6 million patient visits annually, Hoan My carries the mission of elevating community health and shaping the future of the healthcare industry through its philosophy of “Devotion to Care”.
2. Project Vision & Objectives
To deliver the most comfortable and modern healthcare experiences, Hoan My aimed to build a synchronized and seamless digital platform. The project focused on highly constructive goals:

Personalizing the healthcare journey: Building an intuitive interface flow for users to easily search for specialists, explore screening packages (cancer screening, general check-ups, cardiology), and proactively book appointments.

Optimizing service accessibility: Ensuring smooth system operations, helping millions of patients nationwide easily connect with the nearest medical facilities in the network via the website and the Danh Y application.

Expanding the medical technology ecosystem: Establishing a solid foundation to integrate advanced solutions like electronic health records and digital experiences such as Hoan My 360.
