Part of Minor Food Group, The Pizza Company is one of the fastest-growing F&B restaurant chains in Asia. In Vietnam, this brand has established a strong position thanks to its warm service, premium seafood pizza menu, and a vision to constantly elevate the dining experience across all customer touchpoints.

With a growing loyal customer base, The Pizza Company aimed to comprehensively modernize its E-commerce platform. The project focused on constructive goals to build a flawless digital shopping journey:

• Personalized Experience: Creating an intuitive interaction flow, allowing customers to easily customize their pizzas with a personal touch (choosing crusts, adding toppings, changing sizes).

• Optimizing System Capacity: Ensuring absolute stability and ultra-fast response times even during peak hours or massive promotional campaigns (Mega Sales, Buy 1 Get 1).

• Smart Promotion Management: Establishing a new logical architecture for the system to automatically and accurately apply complex promotional tiers, bringing complete transparency to customers.
