Yes. ZiniSoft can sign a standard confidentiality agreement or a form agreed by both parties before the client shares internal processes, system architecture, data, or other confidential requirements.

Depending on how clearly the problem is defined and the project stage, ZiniSoft can work with fixed scope, time and materials, a long-term dedicated team, or configuration of an existing product. The initial process review helps both parties choose the appropriate model before a detailed proposal.
03Can we start without a complete requirements document?
Yes. Describe where work is slow, what data is being consolidated manually, or which decisions lack information. ZiniSoft will help clarify the problem, priority scope, and an appropriate first step.
04Does ZiniSoft provide a dedicated engineering team?
Yes, when the need fits a long-term engagement. The team may include system architects, backend, frontend and mobile engineers, QA, and DevOps, with roles and collaboration defined for the project.

Ownership, usage rights, and handover scope are stated in the contract. For custom software, source code, documentation, and related assets are delivered according to the agreed acceptance and payment milestones.

Yes. Support may include warranty, monthly support, monitoring and incident response, phased development, training, or handover to an internal team. Scope and response times are defined in the project agreement.
07Can ZiniSoft integrate with systems already in operation?
Yes. CRM, POS, websites, mobile apps, internal systems, or third-party services can be integrated after reviewing APIs, access, data quality, and operational risk. A full replacement is not always required.

ZiniSoft starts with data, access, and a checkable outcome. AI may support classification, summaries, search, reminders, or suggested actions; people retain approval for decisions involving money, contracts, sensitive data, and brand reputation.
